Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how refunds and returns work for OATutors online tutoring programmes. Because our services are digital (live online classes and learning support), there is no physical product to return.

Nature of our services (digital / no shipping)

OATutors sells educational services delivered online. Once a class schedule is confirmed and access to live sessions, recordings, or study materials begins, the service is considered delivered for that billed period. Physical goods are not shipped; therefore traditional "return to sender" rules do not apply. For how classes are delivered, see our Shipping & Services Policy.

Trial classes

Trial class terms are communicated at the time of booking. Promotional trial offers apply only to the trial session described at signup and do not change standard tuition billing unless confirmed in writing.

Tuition fees — non-refundable

Tuition fees paid to OATutors are non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing by OATutors. This includes fees for months or terms already billed, whether or not every scheduled class was attended.

When a refund may be considered

In rare cases we may review a refund request if: (a) duplicate payment was charged in error; (b) we cancelled a programme and could not offer a suitable replacement; or (c) Pakistani law or our written agreement requires a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Exam centre fees (Cambridge & Pearson Edexcel)

Fees for sitting IGCSE, O Level, or International A Level exams at Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge-verified centres are paid directly to the exam centre. OATutors does not collect, manage, or refund exam-entry fees. Any refund or transfer requests for exam entries must be handled with the centre and exam board according to their policies.

Cancellation requests

Parents or students may request to stop future tuition billing by contacting info@oatutors.com or calling 0333 5848338. Cancellation stops upcoming charges where applicable; it does not entitle a refund of fees already paid.

Non-refundable cases

Completed classes, missed sessions due to student absence, disciplinary removal, or breach of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for tuition refunds.
