Trial Classes
Trial class terms are communicated at the time of booking. Any promotional trial conditions override default billing assumptions for that trial session only.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on payment date, classes attended, and reason for request.
Cancellation Requests
Parents or students should request cancellation in writing through official support channels. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
Completed classes, delayed communication beyond policy windows, or breach of class conduct terms may be considered non-refundable.
