Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all OATutors online tuition programmes, including Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, IGCSE, O Level, and International A Level tracks.

Acceptance of terms

By enrolling in, booking a trial with, or using any OATutors service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies (including Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping & Services Policy).

Services offered

We offer online live classes, one-to-one sessions, small group batches, subject courses (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Computer Science / ICT, Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, and more), and curriculum tracks including O/A Levels & IGCSE, UK GCSE, CBSE, Pakistan syllabus, and Gulf syllabus. Results disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific exam results. Outcomes depend entirely on the student and the effort, dedication, and consistency they put into their studies, including attendance, assignment completion, and revision.

Exam fees (Cambridge & Pearson Edexcel)

Any fees for taking IGCSE, O Level, or International A Level exams at Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge-verified centres are paid directly to the exam centre. OATutors does not collect, manage, or keep exam-entry fees.

Certificate issuance

All certificates and official results are issued directly by the exam boards (Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge) and not by OATutors. Certificates are internationally recognised and fully valid, regardless of whether the student sits as a private or school candidate.

Programme responsibility

OATutors provides teaching, study materials, assignments, assessments, and academic support. Completion of exams, marking, results release, and certification are handled solely by the official exam boards and their approved centres.

Student responsibility

Students must attend classes, complete assignments, and actively participate in the programme. Lack of engagement may affect learning progress and exam readiness. Parents or guardians are expected to support timely communication and scheduling.

Technical requirements

Students are responsible for having a reliable computer, tablet, or device and a stable internet connection for live online classes. OATutors is not responsible for technical issues on the student's side, including device failure, poor connectivity, or third-party platform outages beyond our control.

Changes to the programme

OATutors reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to class schedules, subjects, batch timings, or teaching staff when necessary. We will communicate material changes to enrolled families in good faith.

Intellectual property

All teaching materials, class recordings, notes, videos, and study guides remain the property of OATutors. Students may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials without written permission.

Disciplinary policy

Misconduct, cheating, plagiarism, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour during classes or in communication channels may result in suspension or removal from the programme without refund.

Limitation of liability

OATutors is not liable for exam results, missed classes due to personal reasons, exam-centre decisions, or external factors affecting student performance. Our liability is limited to the tuition services we directly provide.

Tuition fees & refund policy

Tuition fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing by OATutors. For full details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

Fees and payments

Tuition must be paid according to the billing cycle confirmed at enrolment. Late or missed payments may affect class access until the account is brought current. Online payments may be collected through licensed payment gateways and other secure channels. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan for services contracted with our Pakistan office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
